How do I book an appointment?
You can schedule appointments through our website at charlesscott.com, by calling our Rocky River or Avon locations directly, or by visiting us in person at either salon.Do you accept walk-ins?
We strongly encourage booking in advance to ensure you can see your preferred stylist at your desired time.What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment, a 50% service charge may apply. No-shows will be billed for the full service amount. Please note that premium services may require 12 hours of notice for cancellations.What services do you offer?

Our pricing structure is based on stylist experience. New Talent stylists are fully licensed professionals who receive ongoing training, offering a more budget-friendly option for clients.Where are you located?
We have two locations: 19025 Old Lake Rd. in Rocky River and 34970 Detroit Rd. in Avon. Operating hours may vary by location, so please check our website for the most current information.Do you have parking available?
