This was my first visit here and they called and cancelled on me less than 30 minutes before my appointment. I had already woken up early on my day off, paid my babysitter and dropped my son off, and driven all the way across the county for my appointment. I understand emergencies happen, but they have a text messaging system and should utilize it. My appointment was early, but at least call me a hour ahead of time so I can plan accordingly. But barely 30 minutes? Nowhere in the professional world is that acceptable. I won’t even bother trying to come back.

DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH HERE!I had a pedicure at this salon in September, and during the cuticle work, the nail technician nicked my cuticle. What seemed minor at first turned into a severe infection in my toe. Since then, I have had to go to five different doctor appointments, undergo five rounds of antibiotics, and even have the infection drained once. Despite all this, I am still dealing with the infection and need further medical treatment.This has been an incredibly painful, expensive, and frustrating ordeal—all from what should have been a routine pedicure. Proper sanitation and careful technique are critical in nail services, and based on my experience, I do not believe this salon meets those standards.If you value your health, I strongly advise against coming here.Uploading my culture results. Nothing you can do will make this right.
